We regret to say that we were recently beset by problems on our website; whether these resulted from some unexplained system problems or an attempt at hacking we can’t say.  In any case, some emails bounced back to senders, but others were simply rerouted and disappeared.  We have dealt with the problem problem in the system, but it has disrupted the schedule of the Fellowships.

We will  now accept applications through March 28; once again, send them to , with a copy to .
